Edward Crawford has nearly two decade’s experience in driving sales, marketing, and market feasibility in major residential projects. Working across high density apartment, medium density, over 55’s, tourism + leisure, and new residential land segments, Ed has helped deliver impressive revenue results for an extensive blue chip client base. Recent clients include publicly listed, private and government organisations. Ed’s key skills are in sales strategy, development and training of professional sales people and teams, and in execution of sales campaigns to deliver tangible revenue results.
Ed’s career includes extensive hands on experience in property sales, market research + analysis, feasibility advisory, executive sales + marketing roles, and senior multinational sales agency experience. As a recognised industry leader, Ed has held high profile appointments including extended tenure as Chairman of the Property Council of Australia Hunter Division, lecturer in Property Economics and Finance (Master of Property) at Newcastle University, and has been a member of the judging panel for the Australian Institute of Architects Lower Hunter Urban Design Awards.

Sam has over a decade of experience as a residential land sales specialist achieving impressive revenue and rate of sale results across a diverse range of major projects, and through all market conditions. He has been personally responsible for delivering record sales in major land projects, through strong markets as well as the Global Financial Crisis.
Sam’s professional experience includes both agency and client-side roles with respected industry leaders – Mirvac, Stockland, Colliers International, Robinson Property (#1 real estate organisation in Australia two years running), Defence Housing Australia and McCloy Group.
Sam’s development, project sales and marketing experience has spanned residential projects from 30 to 2,500 lots, Torrens, strata, and community title projects, off-the-plan sales, registered land, home + land packages, and distressed asset engagements.
Sam is recognised as a leading industry professional in the new residential land sector, with detailed technical and practical expertise. He has a demonstrated commitment to innovation and industry development.
